I really enjoy this software. It’s easy to use, and very intuitive. You can find the few things you need very easily. With that said, there are a number of things that give many people problems. Two are worth mentioning before anything else.
- Zoom has 3 parts. The Meeting Window, The App, and The Website. Each has distinct uses and settings, and are arranged differently. Confusion often arises when one person is talking about the app and another person is talking about the website.
- Scheduled meetings can be started and stopped anytime after they are created, and remain valid until deleted or 30 days after the scheduled time. “End Meeting for All” does not destroy the link.
